The 35-year-old Australian actress posted a photo of her and her new baby watching the last ever episode of the show and wrote that her 'life has changed again'.

Sarah, who plays Shiv Roy in the popular show, is yet to reveal her child's name or gender.

She announced her pregnancy at the season 4 premiere of the show back in March.

Alongside the heartfelt photo, Sarah wrote, on Insta:

'I just watched the final episode of the final season of something that has changed my life. And now, my life has changed again. Thank you for all the love and support.'

The Godfather star and his martial arts instructor girlfriend Tiffany Chen welcomed a daughter on 6 April, naming her Gia Virginia Chen-De Niro.

US TV presenter Gayle King shared the details on CBS News today (11 May). After speaking to the actor, Gayle said that Gia 'weighed 8 pounds and six ounces when she was born on April 6'.

She added, 'Robert De Niro and his partner Tiffany Chen are over the moon about this little girl'.

Gayle then said: 'Now, this is the thing, Robert De Niro has 6 and now 7 children. The oldest is in their fifties, he now has this little baby.'
